Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use swag-zone.com ("the site"), run by SwagZone Custom Merch Inc. ("SwagZone", "we"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What the site is. SwagZone sells custom promotional products and gifts to businesses. The site helps you search products, get ideas from our AI assistant, build a plan and ask us for a quote.
Prices, stock and our AI assistant. Prices, stock, minimums and delivery times shown on the site and by our AI assistant are estimates until we confirm them in a written quote. Our AI assistant is in beta and can be wrong; please check anything important with our team. A quote request is not an order, and an order is only accepted when we confirm it in writing.
Using the site fairly. Please don't: copy, scrape or collect the site's content, prices or plans by automated means (bots, scripts, crawlers) without our written permission; try to get around the site's limits or security; use the site to send spam or anything unlawful; or reuse our plans, ideas, product selections or AI answers to build a competing service. We may block access that looks automated or abusive. (Search engines and AI assistants that read the public pages normally are welcome.)
What you send us. When you upload a logo or send a request, you confirm that you have the right to use it for that purpose. We use what you send to prepare your quote and to deliver your order, and we share a logo with the suppliers who make your items. See our Privacy Policy.
Reviewing site activity. If you are in Québec, the EU/EEA, the UK or Switzerland, or we can't tell where you are, we review your activity only if you click Accept all in the cookie banner or turn on "Help improve SwagZone AI" in Your privacy choices. Everywhere else we may review your searches, briefs and chats with our AI assistant with an AI service provider, Anthropic, to fix problems and improve the site, unless you turn it off in Your privacy choices. We remove contact details first and try to filter names, but some names may remain, for example a name typed in lowercase. Please don't type personal details you don't want shared. Our content. The site, its design, text, plans and software belong to SwagZone and are protected by copyright. Product names, brands and logos belong to their owners, and we use them only to show what we sell. Product photos and details come from our suppliers.
Links to other sites. We are not responsible for other sites we link to.
Limits on our responsibility. We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we give no guarantee that it is error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that result from using the site or relying on its estimates.
Changes. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of British Columbia decide disputes.
